Raffle Purpose
Proceeds support opportunities for every athlete to participate, grow, and compete while developing gun safety, responsibility, and respect for firearms. Through this RRU team, athletes build confidence, character, and a strong sense of belonging, while also connecting with experienced shooters who pass down their knowledge and passion across the generations.
Raffle Compliance
Rock River United is a nonprofit organization conducting this raffle in accordance with applicable Illinois laws. We have confirmed with local municipal and county offices (Dixon City Clerk, Polo City Clerk and Ogle County Clerk) that a raffle license is not required for this event based on its structure and location. 500 tickets will be sold at two pricing levels: $20 for an individual ticket or a bundle of 6 tickets for $100. Odds depend on the total number of tickets sold. Tickets will be sold until 5/22/2026 or until all 500 tickets have been purchased. Online ticket sales will continue until either 500 tickets have been sold or until 8:00 a.m. on 5-21-2026.

Firearms located and transferred through an FFL dealer- Rigler's Sports Supply, Rock Falls, IL.
Winner does not need to be present at time of the drawing to win. No cash value substitutions available. Open to U.S. Residents. IL residents must have a valid FOID card. Winner must have FOID card to physically pick up the firearm. An out-of-state winner is permitted; however, Rigler's Sports Supply will work with a licensed dealer in your state for a legal transfer. The firearm shipping cost would need to be covered by the winner if a physical pick-up is not possible.
