Onboarding Steps for Membership:
Rock River United does not guarantee that all applicants will be accepted into the program. The RRU Board carefully reviews each application to ensure that Rock River United will be a good fit for your family and that your family will be a good fit for the RRU Sports Co-op.
ONE
Sports Interest Form - Can be filled out at any time.
TWO
Initial Application completed online - Must be submitted before the interview.
THREE
In-person, family Interview - Set up by a RRU board member.
FOUR
Website Login - Set up your family's online account access after steps 1-3 have been completed. Website access is needed to formally register on a team; however, approval is not automated. Please give an RRU Admin a day or two to update and approve the online access.
FIVE
Athlete membership payments are due within 2 weeks of a completed onboarding and before starting any sport. Payments may be made online by credit or debit card, Venmo. Or complete payment by check or ACH using the Print and Send Form .

RRU’s policies are designed so that all students are able to compete on a level playing field in a safe, competitive, and friendly environment, free of discrimination.
